JIT-EX OTR REGIONAL (2 years exp required)

Jit-Ex, LLC currently has openings for OTR drivers

OVERVIEW: You will leave Memphis with the load and live unload at your destination. We pay $20 detention pay after the first hour of getting live unloaded or live loaded. We pay 60¢ per mile on day one. Our incentive program brings you to 62.5¢ after 90 days and up to 65¢ at your 1 year mark. We have a great OTR department that will work with you and your personal life the best they can.

Details : Late model Internationals . Drivers will be off Wednesday and Thursday. You will run to the New England area and back. Average miles 2,200 – 2,600 miles per week. Home weekly and will take the reset on Wednesday and Thursday. Opportunities to make some extra miles with short runs to make extra money.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A Tractor trailer
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations while adhering to scheduled routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
• Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving principles.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices while driving.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed based on delivery schedules.
• Must have 2 years Class A experience.
