Pay & Miles

• $0.80 – $0.85 CPM (SPLIT)
• $3,000 – $4,500 WEEKLY PER DRIVER
• 5,500 – 7,000+ MILES PER WEEK (TEAM AVERAGE)
• Consistent, year-round freight
• Weekly direct deposit

Equipment & Freight

• Dry van only
• Mostly no-touch freight
• Late-model Freightliner and Volvo trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Well-maintained, reliable equipment
• Company fuel cards provided

Referral Bonuses

• $550 – SOLO DRIVER REFERRAL
• $1,500 – TEAM DRIVER REFERRAL

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A dry van as a team
• Run long-haul OTR routes across the U.S.
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Communicate effectively with dispatch
• Perform inspections and complete required paperwork

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record
• Team driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
