CDL A OTR Team Tanker Driver

This Position Includes

• Product Hauled: Acetylene
• Trailer Type: 48ft Tanker
• Freight Handling: Drivers unload the product at customer sites
• Schedule: 3-4 weeks out, 1 week home
• Home Time: 1 week home every 3-4 weeks

Pay

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,700-$2,200/ weekly average

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and careful with procedures
• Safety-driven with a focus on accuracy
• Comfortable following established processes

Required Qualifications Include

• 1 year of verifiable experience with a Class A CDL (tanker experience preferred)
• Hazmat/Tanker (X) Endorsement
• Winter and Mountain driving experience
• No disqualifying tickets/accidents in the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol violations
• A strong, safety-first mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Stay DOT compliant with all federal regulations and company protocols
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain equipment and communicate repair needs
• Maintain professionalism with customers and dispatch

Equipment

• Truck: 2025 Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• Trailer: 48ft Tanker trailer

Delivery Area

• Coast to Coast, occasional deliveries to Canada
