CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – $2,300 Weekly

What We Pay

• Up to $0.65 CPM OR 27% from gross
• Performance Bonus Pay Available
• Weekly Average: $2,300
• Weekly Range: $1,900 – $2,600
• Payroll Cycle: Monday – Sunday
• Payday: Thursday
• Orientation travel expenses are covered

Home Time Policy

• 2 weeks OTR = 2 days home
• 1 day home per 1 week out

Freight Operations:

• Regions of Operation: Midwest, NorthEast, South, & SouthEast
• Run OTR in all 48 States if needed
• Weekly Miles Average: 3,000
• Weekly Miles Range: 2,500 – 3,500
• Drop & Hook Loads in IA, MI, TX, SC, NY, CA
• Mix of Dedicated Freight & Live Loads, No-Touch Freight

• All trucks equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Power Inverter, & Bunk Heater (APU’s on 2025-2026)

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A (2+ years)
• Must operate as 1099
• Drive an average of 3,000 weekly miles
• Drive OTR in Midwest, NorthEast, South, & SouthEast Regions
• Drivers must:

- Manage time effectively for on-time pickups & deliveries
- Perform PTIs and report equipment issues promptly
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Meet all DOT requirements

• No SAP Drivers
