We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a Northeast regional position based out of Elkridge, MD. This role runs consistent, high-priority freight for major retail accounts across the Northeast, offering steady miles, reliable pay, and a structured weekly schedule.

PAY

• Average weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,500
• Estimated annual earnings: $62,000 – $78,000
• Pay is based on a tiered mile structure depending on run length

Pay Breakdown

• 0–50 miles: $80 flat rate
• 51–80 miles: $1.25 per mile
• 81–250 miles: $0.80 per mile
• 251+ miles: $0.65 per mile

Freight mix is designed to keep drivers within the weekly average range consistently.

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Regional — Solo
• Running Area: Northeast (MD, NJ, NY, MA, CT, ME and surrounding states)
• Miles: ~1,800 per week
• Freight: Dry van, retail distribution
• Accounts: Major national retailers
• Schedule: 6-day work week
• Home Time: Weekly

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work a 6-day schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Deliver freight on schedule across multiple Northeast states
• Communicate with dispatch and follow delivery instructions
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety standards
