Pay & Incentives

• Weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,400
• Annual: $62,400 – $72,800
• Miles: 1,800 – 2,200 weekly
• Stop pay: $15 and Short-haul bonus: $40
• Transition bonus: Up to $1,500
• Orientation pay: $300 + travel, hotel & meals covered
• Weekly direct deposit – every Friday

Home Time

• Home weekly - out Sunday through Friday, back home every weekend

Position Details

• Dry van – 100% no-touch freight, drop & hook + live loads
• Steady freight - no sitting at a terminal waiting for a load
• Regional routes, so you know your lanes and build a routine
• Day and night runs in rotation

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth & International
• Automatic transmissions - no manual shifting required
• Clean, well-maintained fleet that's road-ready every time you roll out

Responsibilities

• Run regional routes safely and on time
• Complete pre & post-trip inspections
• Maintain ELD logs in full DOT compliance
• Communicate professionally with dispatch

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required – no experience needed
• Must be 21 years or older (federal interstate requirement)
• Clean MVR: max 2 moving violations in the past 24 months
• Must pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug screening
• Must not be disqualified under FMCSA Clearinghouse
