About This Position
Our Burlington, North Carolina terminal is actively hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet running dry van and reefer freight. This position offers consistent miles, organized dispatch, and reliable weekend home time. New CDL-A graduates are welcome - structured onboarding is provided.
Home Time
- Home Friday evening through Sunday most weeks - 34 hours at home
- Consistent schedule, not irregular dispatch
What This Position Offers
- 100% no-touch freight - dry van and reefer
- Regional routes: NC, SC, VA, TN, GA - 300 to 600 mile radius
- Assigned trucks - not slip-seated
- Automatic transmission trucks
- Structured onboarding for new CDL-A graduates
Pay & Compensation
- New CDL-A graduates start at $0.65 CPM
- Experienced drivers start at $0.68-$0.75 CPM based on verifiable experience
- CPM increase at 90 days, additional increase at 12 months
- Weekly pay: $1,500-$1,800
- Annual pay: $78,000-$95,000
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000
- Orientation pay: $300

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- No SAP history | No DUI offenses
- Pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
- Able to communicate in English with dispatch
Responsibilities
- Run assigned regional routes out of Burlington, NC
- Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Follow all safety and DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and ensure on-time delivery
