Job Description

Our Company Truck Drivers average $3,000 - $4,000 net profit per driver with stable, consistent loads and guaranteed income.

We make sure our drivers stay busy by providing a clear and predictable financial plan, so every driver knows exactly how much and when they will get paid. If we fail to provide a load or there is a delay on our end, we compensate the driver for the lost time to protect their guaranteed pay.

We also eliminate the risk of mechanical breakdowns on the road — a common issue in many companies. Every truck is carefully inspected at our own specialized shop before each trip to ensure it is in top condition and ready for the road.

For Team Position:

• $0.90 - $1 CPM (depends on experience)
• 35% - 40% of Gross (depends on experience)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Dedicated Lanes (One Way / Round Trip) All Over USA
• 2022–2025 Brand New Trucks
• Average 5,500 - 6,500 Miles Per Week
• 4 weeks out and 3–4 days home time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year CDL A Driving Experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR
