Son of Dad Trucking is seeking experienced and reliable CDL-A Drivers for Local, Regional, and OTR lanes. We offer competitive percentage-based pay and consistent freight with pre-arranged outbound and return loads.

Position Type

• Company Driver (Solo)
• Owner Operator

Pay

• 25%–30% of linehaul revenue (based on experience and performance)
• $1,500–$2,200 per week (take-home pay)
• Breakdown & detention pay
• Hiring Bonus $10,000

Schedule

• Local / Regional / OTR options available
• Home weekends
• Occasional weekend pickups/deliveries (1–2 per month)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of CDL-A experience
• Clean MVR (1–2 minor violations acceptable)
• Familiarity with ELDs and DOT compliance
• Strong communication and time management skills
