Pay Compensation

• $1,400 minimum in your first solo week after training
• $300 Orientation Bonus + up to $1,500 transition bonus
• Extra Driver Performance Pay
• $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of training for new graduates

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Deliver freight on time and in proper condition
• Complete inspections, logs, and required paperwork accurately
• Communicate clearly with dispatch for smooth operations
