HOME TIME

▪LOCAL (within 50 miles of Arvada, CO) — Home daily, occasional overnight during peak surge only

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

• $73,372 - $82,212 annually
• $0.70 - $0.80 CPM based on experience
• Average Weekly: $1,411 | Top Weekly: $1,581
• $1,000 Winter Mountain Driving Bonus (paid Nov - Mar)

ADDITIONAL PAY

• Stop Pay: $17 per stop (average 13 stops per load)
• Detention Pay: $24 per hour after 2 hours (up to $150)
• Safe & On-Time Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay

CPM PAY SCALE BY EXPERIENCE

• 0 - 1 yrs. | $0.70 CPM
• 5 yrs. | $0.75 CPM
• 10 - 20 yrs. | $0.80 CPM

THE ROUTE

• Dedicated Kroger account — consistent freight, consistent lanes
• Territory: Colorado, Southern Wyoming, Eastern Utah
• Approximately 1,700 miles per week
• Multi-stop loads — mix of live unload and drop-and-hook
• No-touch refrigerated freight (reefer training provided)
• New equipment with automatic transmissions
• Equipment Type: Mainly Freightliner Cascadias 2022-2025

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass DOT drug screening
• Clean driving record — minor violations acceptable
• No SAP program history

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate CDL-A truck on local dedicated routes
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
