CDL B Hazmat Delivery Driver – Part Time

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our logistics team and gain hands-on experience delivering propane tanks across the region. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact!

A day in the life of our drivers:

• Schedule: Part-Time, 1-2 days a week (Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday availability), operating 10-14 hour days.
• Local daily runs - no overnights!
• Our drivers are given delivery runs throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas to replenish our propane tanks to various retail locations.
• As a Delivery Driver for Tank Traders®, you will be responsible for loading and unloading the truck with a forklift.
• Our propane tanks weigh 20lbs – 40lbs and our drivers’ hand-deliver the product to our green cages at store fronts and proceed to provide an invoice to our retailers.

What we offer:

• A starting wage of $28.00/hour for Class B drivers - with opportunity to increase!
• Overtime after 40 hours per week – 1.5 x rate
• Ongoing coaching and support – Our management team is always one telephone call away!

Requirements:

• Must have CDL A or B and be at least 23 years old.
• Must have Hazmat endorsement.
• Good Driving Record with 2.5 years CDL A or CDL B experience.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds in each hand repetitively throughout the day.
