Duties

• Safely operate roll-off trucks, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards
• Load and secure materials onto specialized trucks as needed for delivery or collection routes
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury while handling large containers or equipment
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs
• Communicate effectively with team members and dispatchers to coordinate timely pickups and drop-offs

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with heavy-duty trucks such as roll-off, dump, tractor-trailer, or flatbed vehicles
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on trucks and equipment
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting tasks required during loading/unloading operations
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and waste management processes

Pay: $24.50 - $32.00 per hour
