Bell Transport is a bulk water delivery company based in Sterling VA specializing in filling

swimming pools, ponds, wells, and providing commercial and industrial bulk water

services throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas.

We are currently hiring experienced, dependable Class A and Class B CDL Drivers with

Tanker Endorsement for local routes.

This is local work – you are home daily.

Overtime opportunities are available during peak season and high-demand periods.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Bell Transport Tanker Driver, you will operate commercial tanker trucks delivering bulk

water to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

This is a hands-on position. Drivers are responsible for more than just driving.

Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of Class B tanker trucks
• DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Managing hoses, pumps, and water transfer equipment
• Professional interaction with homeowners, contractors, and site managers
• Compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Our business is demand driven, particularly during pool season. Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

COMPENSATION

$30-$34 per hour (DOE)

Overtime available during peak season

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Tanker Endorsement Required
• Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience, minimum
• Clean driving records
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION

• Drivers must be comfortable with:
• Smartphone communication throughout the workday
• GPS navigation
• Digital dispatching and scheduling systems
• Familiarity with Northern Virginia roads is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
