Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDL B Truck Driver, based in Waupaca, WI. The CDL B Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries to designated locations. Duties include vehicle inspections, proper loading and unloading of products, route navigation, and maintaining compliance with all safety and federal regulations. The driver will also play a role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL B license with a clean driving record
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, inspections, and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow delivery schedules
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as loading and unloading
• Knowledge of local and regional routes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with handling perishable goods and proper storage practices is an advantage

Routes: Regional and local routes available

Regional Schedule: 4 days on 3 days off, 1-2 weekend days per month

Long Haul Schedule: No long haul

Freight: Perishable Goods

Equipment: Modern, well-maintained trucks

Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, run lift gate, pallet jack, ect.
