CDL Class A Driver - 1099

Job description:

1 Trade Logistics is looking for professional CDL Class A Drivers to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers alternating routes between Regional routes (LA, FL, AL, KS, OK, NM, CO, AR) assignments being out for 2-3 days.

Compensation (Bi-Weekly)

• OTR Rate: $3500 – $4200

Job Responsibilities

• Must perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Ensure the safe and timely pickup and delivery of all equipment and freight.
• Maintain meticulous paperwork, checking all documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with the dispatch department for real-time instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent communication as a representative of the company.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• ELD Experience: Samsara
• Licensing: Valid Texas CDL Class A and a current Medical Card.
• Endorsements: Must have a HAZMAT endorsement.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and dependable.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation back and forth to terminal.

Job Type: Contract

Base Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per week

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Hazmat Endorsement (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Saginaw, TX 76131 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Saginaw, TX 76131: Relocate before starting work (Required)
