CDL Class A Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a tractor-trailer. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism while transporting freight to designated locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.

Pay: starting at $20.00 hourly DOE

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Start Time: depends on route

Responsibilities:

• Drive tractor-trailer - Cheyenne / Laramie route
• Execute route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered on the road.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit
• Light touch freight

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL Driver's License with a clean driver record
• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer experience preferred
• Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance
• Meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation
• Pass a drug test – We drug test, background check, MVR report and E-Verify
• Pass background check
