CDL Class A Driver – Dry Van & Flatbed Experience

Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated drivers to join our team.
We have openings for Dry Van and Flatbed drivers.
As a Dry Van Driver, you will transport general freight and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.
As a Flatbed Driver, you will haul open-deck freight and be responsible for proper securement and safe transport.

Responsibilities – Dry Van Drivers:

• Transport freight safely and efficiently across multiple states
• Ensure proper load securement and weight distribution
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and traffic regulations
• Keep accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Report mechanical issues or delays promptly
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle

Responsibilities – Flatbed Drivers:

• Transport flatbed freight safely over long and short distances
• Secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other equipment
• Inspect cargo and securement before and during trips
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow DOT and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status
• Maintain clean and organized equipment

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of U.S. driving experience with a clean record
• Experience in Dry Van or Flatbed operations
• Proficiency with manual transmission
• Knowledge of regional and OTR routes
• Basic mechanical skills for minor roadside issues
• Bilingual (Russian/English) is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Willing to run OTR minimum 3 weeks on the road.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,365.00 - $140,406.00 per year
