Title: Class A - Delivery Route Driver

Job Summary: We are looking for a Class A Delivery Route Driver that will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our retail customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy
• Provide excellent customer service, , and maintain good relationships with accounts, loading, transporting, and delivering items to accounts in a safe and timely manner
• Review customer orders at time of delivery to ensure order accuracy, product authorizations, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with sales representatives as necessary
• Collect payments/signatures at the time of delivery as well as printing final invoices from mobile printer and iPad

Position Requirement

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary equipment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Maintain a professional appearance, consistently wear company uniform, and maintain positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical labor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous delivery experience preferred
• Valid Indiana Driver's license is required
• CDL Class A Required
