No problem. We actively hire recent CDL-A graduates and give you the miles, mentorship, and support to build a real career — not just a job.

What You Take Home

• $1,200–$1,500 each week — direct deposit, every Friday
• $64,000–$72,000 per year
• 2,500–3,000 miles weekly — we make sure you stay loaded
• Safety and performance bonuses available

Home Time

• Regional: home every week
• OTR: home every 2 to 3 weeks
• Your schedule gets figured out together during onboarding

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Drive your Class A safely on your assigned lanes
• Keep all paperwork clean and deliveries on schedule
• Run your pre and post trip inspections the right way
• Stay connected with a dispatch team that genuinely supports you
• Represent yourself and this company with professionalism

• Dry Van and Reefer freight — consistent and professional
• Drop and hook setup — spend more time driving, less time waiting
• No touch freight on select accounts

What We Ask of You

• Valid Class A CDL — fresh graduates are welcome
• Must be 21 or older
• Clean record — no DUI, no SAP history, no major violations
• Pass your DOT physical and drug test
• Show up, communicate, and take pride in the work
