Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional operations west of the Mississippi. This role offers structured over‑the‑road training, predictable schedules, and a strong emphasis on safety and on‑time performance.
- Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate 53' dry van tractors and trailers in compliance with federal and company regulations.
- Complete scheduled regional deliveries, maintain ELD/logbook accuracy, and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules.
- Perform drop‑and‑hook and occasional live load/unload duties; conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues.
- Compensation & incentives
- $1,000–$1,100 per week (experience dependent).
- Per‑mile pay after training: typically $0.43–$0.57/mi (experienced drivers commonly $0.50–$0.71/mi).
- Training pay ~ $680/week for drivers with <6 months’ experience; monthly safety/fuel bonus up to $0.06/mi for qualifying drivers.
- Schedule & miles
- Regional lanes west of the Mississippi; typical weekly miles ~1,800–2,000.
- Bi‑weekly home time with a 34‑hour reset; day or night shifts as required.
- Freight & equipment
- 100% no‑touch dry van freight; majority drop‑and‑hook. Standard equipment: 53' dry vans.
- Training & benefits
- OTR mentorship for recent graduates; new drivers under six months typically run with a trainer for 4–6 weeks.

- Minimum qualifications
