Capital Waste Solutions is a reliable and growing waste management company dedicated to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We are now hiring a dependable Roll-Off Dumpster Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick up, deliver, and transport roll-off containers to customer locations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate route documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Roll-off truck experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs as needed
