Job Summary
We are seeking to find positions for motivated and dependable CDL Drivers. We have roles all over the country, that require minimal experience of 3 months depending on area of residents. This role offers opportunities for regional, local, and over-the-road (OTR) driving, providing essential logistics support across various routes. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of trucks—including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers —to ensure timely delivery of freight. Your expertise in driving and load handling will keep our operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position is ideal for drivers who thrive on route diversity and enjoy hands-on delivery work.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and proper securing methods
- Drive a variety of truck types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers for regional or local deliveries
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining fuel efficiency and safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before and after each shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or issues encountered during transit
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight movement, load details, and inspection reports in compliance with DOT regulations
- Assist with load & unload operations when necessary to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven truck driving experience with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), including experience operating tractor-trailers or similar large vehicles
- Familiarity with manual transmission trucks and various trailer types such as refrigerated units, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks
- Prior experience in freight delivery with knowledge of load securing techniques and cargo handling procedures
- Ability to operate additional equipment like forklifts safely when required for loading or unloading freight
- Strong understanding of route planning and driving regulations for regional or local deliveries
- Delivery driver experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided for specific equipment or routes as needed

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
