Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (DOE & credentials)
Seasonal Dates: May 15, 2026 – October 1, 2026

Down to Earth is a local landscape construction company based in North Pole, Alaska. We specialize in dirt work, landscaping, hydroseeding, land clearing, driveway construction, and demolition. We’re looking to add a hardworking, reliable team member to our crew for the 2026 season.

Position Details:
We’re recruiting for a seasonal CDL Driver to support our busy summer schedule. Ideal candidates have experience working around heavy equipment, are comfortable with physically demanding work, and are ready to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, up to 5 days a week
• CDL required
• DOT medical card required
• Experience with heavy equipment and construction sites strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset

Schedule:

• Full-time seasonal
• May 15 through October 1, 2026
• Extended shifts and weekend work required during peak season

Pay:

• $30-$35/hour based on experience and licensing
