CDL Driver/Operator

We are looking for a Driver Operator for our Vac Truck (Vactor), to use high pressure jetting and vacuuming to clean stormwater systems, drains and structures. You may also be needed to drive a dump truck or haulers from time to time, or help with other crews.

Requirements

• Class B CDL Required with straight drive preferred
• Clean Driving Record
• Previous vac truck experience preferred but willing to train
• Experience of running hydraulics and an understanding of how they work
• Comfortable driving within the surrounding areas, in and out of the city
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Ability to use smart phone app for job details and time clocking
• Ability to work with others and have a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• As the Driver Operator, you would be responsible for driving the truck to the jobs, and operating the hydraulic controls once on site.
• Set up to do the work and break down before leaving.
• Ensuring the work is done correctly and completely, with photo documentation.
• Professional and clear communication with the clients, foreman, and colleagues.
• Reporting any issues with the equipment, site or job.
• Must be dependable, be on time, and work the entire shift.

Hours

• 40+ hours weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
