Job Summary
Join our team as a CDL Drivers License Examiner and play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient commercial driving operations. Duties

• Conduct written knowledge tests using standardized testing procedures to evaluate applicants’ understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and driving best practices.
• Perform practical driving assessments to observe applicants’ vehicle control, maneuvering skills, and adherence to safety protocols in real-world scenarios.
• Supervise testing environments to ensure compliance with all safety standards and testing protocols.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to test-takers throughout the examination process, ensuring they understand procedures and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, applicant information, and certification status in accordance with organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with applicants, providing feedback and answering questions related to licensing requirements and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff members to organize testing schedules, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth testing experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in an educational or testing environment, with the ability to oversee standardized assessments confidently.
• Strong teaching or instructional background, especially in adult education or classroom settings involving working with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain testing procedures and provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing testing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with standardized testing methods and familiarity with DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) or similar licensing processes is preferred.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle questions professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in supervising or instructing adults is highly desirable, along with knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations relevant to commercial driving. Pay: From $30.00 per hour
