Job Summary: Safely and efficiently deliver roofing materials from the warehouse to customer job sites.
Deliver material according to customer specifications with the help of rooftop delivery equipment. All job sites are local and scheduled between Monday & Friday. Looking for hardworking, safe, and customer- focused material handlers who are interested in growing with our Company. Free, on the job, CDL Training is provided for those interested in obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Deliver roofing materials to customer locations and through route specifications.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules.
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicles.
• Work with co-workers to stage the material on roof at destinations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and drive sales through relationship building with customers while on job sites.
• Complete required delivery logs and reports.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure order accuracy on every load by checking delivery ticket.
• Assist CDL driver with load securement.
• Always adhere to traffic safety regulations, and report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including wearing all required personal protective equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist and climb ladders throughout shift.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no legal or safety incidents on record.
• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Must always maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must arrive at assigned start time daily.
• Team player and positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass an E-Verify check.
