Kairos Environmental & Industrial Services is a growing industrial and environmental services company providing industrial cleaning, vacuum services, waste management, hydroblasting, and 24/7 emergency response support for industrial facilities. We are looking for CDL-B Drivers Equipment Operators who take pride in their equipment, value safety, and want to be part of a team that does critical work the right way.
This role is ideal for experienced drivers and operators who are comfortable running vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, and supporting emergency response and industrial cleanup operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety first—follow all company, client, DOT, FMCSA, and site-specific safety requirements at all times
- Drive and operate multiple types of equipment, including vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, and support equipment.
- Transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently to and from job sites
- Assist with industrial cleaning, waste removal, and emergency response operations as needed
- Prepare and maintain hazardous and non-hazardous manifests, trip documentation, and service paperwork
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, ELD logs, DVIRs, timesheets, and vehicle inspections
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of assigned trucks and equipment
- Participate in 24/7 emergency response standby rotations
- Work extended hours, overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operations
- Support yard operations, housekeeping, and other field duties as needed
- Comply with the company’s Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
Experience, Education & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class B CDL required
- Acceptable driving record.
- HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER preferred (company-paid training available)
- 2–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment or commercial vehicles
- Environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check (per local laws)

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, and full range of motion
- Regular data entry and electronic log usage
- Operation of industrial cleaning and heavy equipment
- Exposure to outdoor environments, varying weather conditions, and industrial job sites
