CDL Owner Operator (90% Gross | $8K+ Weekly | No Forced Dispatch)

Job Summary

Trans Business Global Inc. is hiring CDL Owner Operators to run freight across the U.S. We offer consistent loads, strong rates, and reliable dispatch support.

This role provides flexibility in load selection, while maintaining steady miles and operational structure.

What You’ll Do

• Operate your own tractor and run dispatched loads
• Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (PTIs)
• Follow agreed routes and delivery schedules
• Track loads, mileage, and expenses
• Communicate with dispatch regarding updates or issues

Pay & Benefits

• 90% of gross revenue
• $8,000+ weekly average
• $2.40+ RPM
• No escrow / No forced dispatch
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Work week: Sunday – Saturday

Expenses (Passed Through at Cost)

Estimated weekly costs (approximate):

• IFTA: ~$55/week
• ELD: ~$23/week
• Insurance: ~$300–$400/week
• Trailer (if needed): $160/week (Includes insurance, registration, maintenance, and wear & tear)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Own a tractor
• Ability to complete loads on time with a professional attitude
• Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations
• Basic English communication skills required
• Reliable and professional
