Full time - Home Every Night! - Daytime between 6:30 am - 4 pm or 5 pm – quitting time is dependent on the daily order volume.

Job description:

• We are now hiring Class A / Class B CDL Concrete Mixer Drivers. As a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver you will operate ready mix concrete trucks between plant locations and customer sites.

Experience requirements:

• 1 year concrete mixer truck driving experience preferred, but not a requirement. We are willing to train applicants who can drive a manual transmission.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL with NO automatic restriction.
• Must possess a safe driving record.
• Must maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Must perform well in a team environment.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily preventative maintenance (i.e. fueling, tire/light inspection, checking fluids, etc.).
• Use water hoses to clean mixer between loads.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Visually inspect the consistency of concrete in mixer.
• Communicate and direct co-workers verbally and/or with hand signals.
• Ensure all delivery tickets are signed, properly documented, and returned to the plant.
• Exercise good judgement regarding work site access, unloading and operations to and from job.
• Maintain good customer relations by acting in professional, courteous manner.

• No nights

Work Location: Various job sites / construction sites requiring concrete delivery.
