CDL Roll Off Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to transport waste materials and debris from various job sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and mechanical tasks as needed.

Duties

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to deliver and pick up containers at designated locations.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
• Assist with mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the truck or equipment as necessary.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial driving.

Skills

• Proven experience driving roll-off trucks or similar heavy vehicles such as dump trucks or front loader trucks.
• Strong commercial driving skills with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required by job duties.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, dispatchers, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
