CDL Roll-Off Dumpster Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious CDL Roll-Off Dumpster Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and removing roll-off dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off dumpster truck.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at customer locations.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads and comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete driver logs, inspection reports, and other required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of equipment.
• Ensure dumpsters are placed and retrieved safely without damage to customer property.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Roll-off, waste management, construction hauling, or dump truck experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
• Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturdays if needed
