**CDL Spud Driver Job Description**

• Compensation: \$50,000 - \$80,000 annually Job Type:** Full-time, year

**Duties:**

• Drive assigned routes, ensuring timely delivery of agricultural
  
  

products.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to confirm
  
  

operational condition.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate delivery schedules and
  
  

address any issues.

**Skills:**

• Valid commercial driver\'s license (CDL) with appropriate
  
  

truck-specific endorsements.

• Current DOT Physical.
• 1 year experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
• Proficient driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Capable of working independently and following instructions
  
  

precisely.

• Physical stamina to manage long driving hours and loading/unloading
  
  

tasks.
