Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a CDL/Non-CDL Lease Agreement Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight across various routes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to operate a range of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds and box trucks. If you don’t have an MC at all or business to lease on the fee is $1300.00 to cover everything. We have Amazon loads and direct contact with shippers and brokers and American company. You will not have to hear some not speaking English to yo.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of trucks including manual transmission tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized equipment like forklift-compatible trucks.
• Load and unload freight efficiently while ensuring cargo safety and compliance with weight limits and securing protocols.
• Execute route driving assignments with precision, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before operating the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize routes and handle any unforeseen delays or issues proactively.
• Assist with the loading or unloading process when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license with necessary endorsements for operating different types of trucks including tanker, flatbed, refrigerated trailer, or dump truck.
• Proven experience in truck driving, delivery operations, or freight transportation; prior experience with tractor-trailers preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles comfortably and safely.
• Familiarity with load securing techniques for various freight types such as freight pallets, heavy equipment on flatbeds, or refrigerated goods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving including DOT regulations and vehicle inspection protocols.
• Experience with specialized trucks like forklift-compatible vehicles or roll-off trucks is a plus.
