Gramlean Kitchen is a health‑focused subscription meal service committed to delivering nutritious, balanced meals across Qatar. We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, cold, pastry, or salad).
- Prepare and cook healthy menu items according to recipes and nutritional guidelines.
- Ensure portion control and calorie accuracy for subscription meal plans.
- Train and support commis chefs and junior staff.
- Maintain hygiene and comply with HACCP/ISO food safety standards.
- Collaborate with nutritionists to design balanced menus.
- Monitor stock rotation and assist with inventory management.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts.
- 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience (healthy cuisine preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for healthy cooking and nutrition‑driven cuisine.
