About Us

Gramlean Kitchen is a health‑focused subscription meal service committed to delivering nutritious, balanced meals across Qatar. We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, cold, pastry, or salad).
  • Prepare and cook healthy menu items according to recipes and nutritional guidelines.
  • Ensure portion control and calorie accuracy for subscription meal plans.
  • Train and support commis chefs and junior staff.
  • Maintain hygiene and comply with HACCP/ISO food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists to design balanced menus.
  • Monitor stock rotation and assist with inventory management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts.
  • 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience (healthy cuisine preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for healthy cooking and nutrition‑driven cuisine.
