Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, and antipasti
- Manage the Italian kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for service requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as Chef or CDP
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic to good English communication skills

Pay: RO250.000 - RO260.000 per month
