Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
  • Create, test, and develop new recipes for specials and menu improvements.
  • Oversee daily pastry station operations and maintain proper mise-en-place.
  • Supervise, guide, and train junior pastry staff.
  • Ensure all storage areas, baking equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory, perform stock rotation (FIFO), and report shortages or required orders.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the pastry section.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of pastry/kitchen experience (UAE experience mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and food safety.
  • Willing to work in any Nolu’s branch within UAE.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
