Cell Logistics and Patient Scheduling Specialist - Pharma (Hybrid- Madison, NJ)
We are seeking a Cell Logistics and Patient Scheduling Specialist for a global pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.
This is a 40-hour per week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role at client s office in Madison, NJ. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are required to be onsite at Giralda Farms each week. Hours are 9am-6pm
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
Monitor the Patient s treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
Requirements:
4+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistic
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/case management tools.
Exceptional customer service skills
Biopharma experience is a plus
Bachelor s degree or comparable experience.

Compensation: $32/hr. - 34. 69/hr.
