Sales Representative – Cricket Wireless (Culpeper, VA)

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell wireless devices, accessories, and plans to new and existing customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Resolve issues with care, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
• Consistently achieve (and exceed!) sales goals.
• Work as part of a team to meet location targets and share best practices.
• Stay up to date on promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or customer service experience (wireless/retail a plus, but not required).
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with openness to feedback and growth.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
