Job Description

We are looking for a Cement Precast Engineer to manage our precast concrete production and erection activities at our facility in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. The candidate must have strong experience in precast concrete in the UAE and be able to lead and supervise a multinational team in the factory and at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the precast production team, including daily planning and task allocation.
• Ensure all precast concrete elements are produced according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to meet project schedules and targets.
• Monitor site and factory activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare and review daily progress reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and workers in the precast yard and at site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast concrete in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete elements, moulds, lifting, handling, and installation methods.
• Proven experience in team supervision and manpower management.
• Familiar with UAE safety standards and site practices.
• Good communication in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic will be an advantage.
