What You'll Be Doing
-
Developing and maintaining relationships with brick and block distributors, contractors, masonry crews, construction companies, and supply yards throughout Northeast Ohio.

Selling and promoting packaged cement, mortar mixes, concrete repair products, and related masonry materials.

Visiting job sites to understand customer needs, recommend the right cement-based products, and provide technical guidance when needed.

Managing a sales territory covering Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Columbus and surrounding areas.

Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help grow the company's presence in the region. Meeting monthly sales goals, creating forecast, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
What Are We Looking For

Experience in construction materials sales, preferably in masonry, concrete, or packaged cement products.

Strong understanding of cement mixes, mortar types, and masonry applications (or willingness to learn quickly).

Ability to build trust and long term relationships with our distributors, contractors and field professionals.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multi-county Northeast Ohio territory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Someone looking to thrive in this entrepreneurial position and demonstrate true ownership of the territory and the results of their efforts.
Work Environment

Primarily field-based role with regular travel throughout the assigned territory

Combination of customer site visits, office work, and collaboration with internal teams

This is a self-starting from home position as well as industrial environments, including active customer locations
