Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep grounds attractive and well-kept
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Use hand tools for planting, pruning, weeding, and soil preparation to support healthy plant growth
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair
• Assist with general gardening duties such as fertilizing, mulching, and pest control to promote vibrant landscapes
• Support ongoing landcare efforts by performing routine maintenance tasks like debris removal and pathway upkeep

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, edging.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude toward outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Excellent physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
