Job Description

Able to manage projects and communicate with both local and international clients.

Serve as clients' main point of contact, learn about their business needs, and provide
knowledgeable advice on how to integrate retail or insurance software solutions to meet
those objectives.

Comply with the project plan, due dates, tasks, and milestones.

Contribute to problem-solving throughout the development and post-implementation stages.

Proficiency in User Training, CR/FS Management, UAT, and Release Strategy.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in ERP/BBA/MBA Supply Chain.
Experience: Up to 3-4 years in the Retail Industry is preferred.
Proven experience with ERP implementation and customization.
Note: The Candidate must be Lahore-based.
