  • Manage front-of-house operations at whichever site you’re scheduled; act as first point of contact for families.
  • Coordinate student schedules, tutor coverage, and session logistics across centers.
  • Maintain accurate student records, billing documents, and session tracking.
  • Build reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Maintain AMC/maintenance records, liaise with vendors, and coordinate repairs.
  • Order and manage supplies/stock for each location.
  • Support the Center Director with assessments, consultations, and general administration.
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure each site’s presentation meets standards.
