Center Director

• Precious Babies Learning Academy Daycare and Preschool Inc. has (6) locations in North and West Philly and been in operation for 24 years. Our operating hours are from 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends.
• We are also seeking Directors at Precious Babies locations: 2204 W. Cambria St.(PHLpreK), 2839 N. 22nd St., Phila PA 19132 and 5234 Market St., Phila PA 19139.

Director will manage staff members by implementing company's rules and regulations, conduct staff meetings, enforce posted classroom schedules. Plan outings and field trips, maintain the facility. Carryout Keystone Stars and CACFP Food Programs.

Required Qualifications:
AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Nursing or AA in any field with 30 (ECE) credits.
3-5 years previous experience as a Daycare Director or other related field.
Strong management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership and self-starter qualities
Strong Customer Service Skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year and gets two weeks vacation time to use throughout the year after 90 days probation period.
