Qualification: - Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)/Any Masters degree

Operation and CRM management

Main Responsibilities

Financial Management: Developing and managing the budget for the profit center. Monitoring revenue streams and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.Analyzing financial statements and performance metrics to make informed decisions.

Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing strategies to increase enrollment and revenue. Identifying new opportunities for growth, such as new programs or partnerships. Setting financial and operational goals for the profit center.

Marketing and Sales: Developing marketing strategies to promote the school and attract students. Managing admissions and enrollment processes to maximize student intake. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and the community.

Organizing Events: Prepare the annual calendar for the event and share it with the management. Ensure the safety of the students at the time of events. Ensure the success of the events.

  • Preparation of Report & Maintenance of Records: Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on center projects, progress, status or other special reports for management.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of the students at all the time, liaising with the management as appropriate.
  • Take overall responsibility for disciplinary matters in consultation with the Managing Director.
  • Ensure all the therapists are well aware of their roles & responsibilities. Should communicate their KRA to them. Review their performance & share the report with the Management. Monitor their attendance .

Oversee Center Operations: Supervise & coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.Developing plans for the centre’s progress and growth. Ensure there is hygiene maintained in the centre.

Oversee the Performance of the Team: Ensure all the therapists are well aware of their roles & responsibilities. Should communicate their KRA to them. Review their performance & share the report with the Management

One on One Meeting with Parents: Ensuring all reports are of high standard . Team preparedness for parent one on ones, Set up meetings with the parents and share the progress report of the child with them.

Ensure Timely CRM compliance and assessment / reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
