Job Title: Centre Head

Location- Gola Road

Experience: 4- 10years (preferably in early childhood education or preschool management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
• Drive revenue and admission targets through effective inquiry handling, parent counseling, and lead conversion.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and in-center activities to boost admissions.
• Ensure implementation of the academic curriculum and support teachers in maintaining teaching quality and lesson planning.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the center.
• Engage with parents regularly to build trust, address concerns, and foster community involvement.
• Monitor staff performance, ensure retention, and provide training and support where necessary.
• Embrace KRAs and adapt to new operational or academic strategies introduced by the organization.
• Track center performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to maximize efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in preschool operations or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education with a child-centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, motivate teams, and work collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
