Polyglot Institute, founded in 1975, is one of the oldest and largest general training institutes in the region. Headquartered in Muscat, Oman, it has expanded to multiple locations across the country and achieved its international expansion goals by mid-2016. The institute offers diverse training programs, including Languages, Teacher Training, IT Studies, Engineering, University Studies, and Career Development. It is a certified center for Cambridge CELTA courses and serves as a test venue for IELTS and OET exams.

Role Description

This is full time, on-site role based in Oman for a Center Manager at Polyglot Institute. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure a high standard of customer service, and monitor training programs to ensure their alignment with organizational goals. Other responsibilities include implementing policies, handling budgets, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement to keep up with industry standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in education, administration, or center management
• Experience in a private institute or coaching center preferred
• Strong leadership, staff management, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in managing educational or training centers
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with curriculum implementation and quality assurance practices in education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of the education sector in Oman and internationally is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
