We are a growing Kumon Learning Center with a strong focus on academic excellence, student success, and a positive learning environment. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Center Manager to oversee daily operations and help students thrive.

Position Overview

The Center Manager will be responsible for managing daily center operations, supporting students, coordinating staff, and communicating with parents. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kumon Center
• Manage and supervise assistants and staff
• Support students with math and reading (up to high school level math)
• Grade and review student work for accuracy and progress
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive learning environment
• Assist with student enrollment and retention
• Ensure smooth class flow on busy days

Qualifications

• Strong math skills (up to 12th grade / Algebra 2 or higher)
• Prior experience in education, tutoring, or management preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with children of all ages

Compensation

$25 per hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available based on enrollment and retention

Schedule

• Must be available on Kumon class days (afternoons/evenings)
