The Role

You'll be on the floor - connecting with kids, building trust with parents, coaching your team, and making sure every student who walks through our doors feels seen and excited to learn. You'll also lead enrichment classes 10-20 hours per week in math, reading, writing, and coding for K-8 students. The rest of your time, you own the South Brunswick center: converting enrollments, developing your team, and building the kind of experience that makes families stay and refer others.

What You'll Own

• Teaching - Lead enrichment classes for K-8 students; track progress and communicate results proactively to parents
• Enrollment & Retention - Convert leads into enrolled students (80%+ target); conduct assessments; identify and address churn early; maintain accurate CRM records
• Operations - Manage scheduling, workflows, attendance, tuition collection, supplies, and overall center upkeep
• Team Leadership - Hire, train, and manage coaches and front-desk staff; run weekly check-ins; build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth
• Growth - Track center KPIs; meet monthly enrollment targets; collaborate with the COO on marketing, events, and community outreach

Qualifications

Required:

Strong math, reading, and writing skills

• - you'll be teaching these
• 2+ years managing a team in education, service, or retail
• Experience working with children and families
• Organized, tech-comfortable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Based in or near South Brunswick; fully on-site role

Preferred:

• Experience at an enrichment or tutoring center (Kumon, Mathnasium, Sylvan, etc.)
• Background in a sales- or enrollment-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
